"With these words,
God quells the storm,
in me that rages,
I feel Jesus,
in all of these pages,
that start out blank,
and are filled,
with what all I thank,
The Goodness of God for.

Thank You Lord,
for peace from this addiction,
from the insanity,
it waged,
on my mind,
my body,
and soul,
as I am now young at heart,
where once I felt so old,
and with this peace,
I now have the time,
to help others,
and be kind,
because The Goodness,
is what they all deserve,
just as flight,
is given to the bird."
