Poem -

Glass

I almost wish everything was made of glass
More delicate, more special
So id be afraid of breaking it
Id cut out some of the sass
I wouldn't toss it round like trashĀ
Because I so easily tend
To break a friend
And not lend
A hand
Friendship drifts through my fingers like sand
When I finally see land it's short to go
Makes me feel so low
For breaking a friend

I regret so much
But I still feel your gentle touch
Reminding meĀ
That everything will be okay
I can still here you say
That you love me
After all I've done
That I didn't take away your sun
I'm reminded of all the fun
We used to have
It can be like that again
If only if remember
What happened last December
That your made of glassĀ
