Glory to the Ordinary

I say Glory to the ordinary

who live according to traditions,

those who are quite content

remaining in comfortable conditions

 Praise the average girls and boys

who only reach for things they can grasp,

never rebelling against their predestined path.

Applause to the normals ones

who think inside the box,

the ones who enjoy the life they live

constricted by chains and locks

Glory to the ordinary

who don't desire to standout,

the ones who live limited

by their own growing self doubts,

the ones who go unnoticed

and rely on what is seen,

because who really wants to waste

time on big new dreams

So i say,

          Glory to the ordinary
