Mommy

mommy was daddy for me

after daddy decidedĀ to leave

he gave mommy the house keys

and ran out like a mouse with cheese

he was always with his special friend

I think she worked with him back then

I don't really know nor do I care

daddy disappeared

but mommy's always here

Hi Dasia, this has perfect timing and reads quite naturally, and I know that these words have special meaning for you, you've made it quite clear......but what I like the most about it is how clever it is, the way, at the end, you bring home how important your mother is....is really quite clever......I enjoyed this,,,,tony
