God of Peace

The rising sun is swept up 
 By the sea, golden water 
By which we live and breathe 
God must we be 
In sin, for transgression cannot ever 
Beat the power above - 
Love, devotion, compassion 
This is our ocean 
God of life and ultimately 
Of death ~ whispering 
I am your inspiration 
To see or not to see - 
That thy days are dreams
And thy nights are living days, 
In these chambers of a living heart. 
As God says; one star filled night 
Love thy neighbour 
Do not speak ill 
Live truthfully and in peace just
