"God's Message"

"I'll quit tomorrow.  I can't give it up yet,"
says the active addict.

How long are you going to stay,
the Devil's Pet?
Will you take drugs to your death?
Are you going to stay enslaved,
and ruled forever,
by that shiny crystal meth?

Because tomorrow never comes,
with addicts.
We find new things to run from,
escaping all reality,
not accessing the damage done.
Because we think it's all good,
for we are high and numb.
Well I'm here to tell you,
that's just plain dumb.

I'm spreading God's Message,
that is my task,
to tell you to live honest,
to take off and break your mask,
and that the only way to freedom,
is through God and the Savior,
and your best apology,
is changed behavior."
