Gone

Gone

My Sister may be gone from sight
But in my mind I see her
My Sister may be silent now
But in my mind I hear her
My Sister may no more touch skin
But in my heart I feel herΒ
My Sister may now be a soul
But she'll always be beside me

I see her smiling at me
I hear her happy laughter
As she reaches out with open arms
She tells me, "Beverley, I love you"
