Gone before his time

Gone before his time

Old man Sam just had just had a heart attack and passed away.

In the moments that proceeded this sad event

visits to the doctor took up most of the time that he spent.

Chest pains and feeling week was his complaint.

Without fail nothing is found to be wrong even though all tests are administered without constraint.

Home he is sent with no resolve.

Mind boggled as he tries to make sense of it all.

Healthy as a horse the doctors say.

Well what do they know anyway.

As he sits in his chair the pain returns and reminds him of what the doctor could not see

But the more he thought

the worse the pain got

Maybe this is it his time to leave.

Mind made up his heart gives out and his death marks this day

He meets god and has many questions he'd like to say.

The one most important to him

Goes like this a as he starts to ask and his question begins

God why did I die

when the doctors always said I was fine?

Were they missing something or just feeling me with lies?

Why when I'm home all alone the symptoms that seem only I know

Return and pester until the hospital I go?

Gods response is puzzling at first.

With doctors around your settled and calm

as they try to find what's going wrong.

When you leave to go home

Back to the seclusion where no one can hear you moan.

A cramp or sudden pain strikes fear in your mind

A fear that becomes real given enough time.

At the hospital with nurses around

If something feels wrong a doctor will be found.

Dwelling in the absence of company leads only to your mind

Stuck in your head panic you will eventually find.

As it kicks in from to much time spent alone

Disaster takes hold of your life before your time to go.

At this point gods answer becomes clear

Stuck home alone

with only your head to Rome

Rather than amongst others as meant to be

The outcome is this

or Eventually the lonilness will make you go crazy.

To the friends and family that know of someone sitting by thereself or home alone

Take a little time here and there to stop by and say hello.

Death finds the lonely to early especially when we've already lived life and reach what's considered  old.
