Our trust or a trust, only gives our hard earned feelings and money eg house away, for we no longer own it.
Probates are a flash word for things went wrong.
Any wishes or dying word, hand written is nothing law says every thing has a have a stamp.
Yes they stamp out any hope of not being homeless in the home that was not only where she fell, but her downfall in a family who quoted it was in the best interest.
Interest, yes money only, mattered to the personal grudges of who got what, and who did what to who.
Old money with many a hand in the pie.
To much non explanation and who can you trust when some think they cannot trust even themselves.
There is no mention of respecting the dead and granting there last requests and wishes, even if you feel hard done by, by it.
But I tell you now, respect the ones who have passed.
If they where unworthy they will soon find out in death .
If they had true knowledge of every one else's shoes and acted according then hail to them, regardless of the law that is enforced today.
I highly recommend to one and to all.
If they love you, don't do wrong by them, being living or dead.
If they make you feel threatened by anything said and lay thoughts of hate in your head.
Maybe there is more to be seen or said, maybe others fucked it up for you in some ways.
Maybe the grief was overwhelming and the topic still raw.
But there is no feeling in law.
Change is not based on emotion, just causes emotion.
Devotion is a tricky character when accompanied with irony.

Always interesting to get others opinions on how one should respect the dead, as I am partly from Egyptian decent, Irish, English, French. Fairy, warlock, witch, kiwi, Celtic.
I am always intrigued by other cultures and there values.
I admire the Indian culture and smoke signals.
I hope you are feeling better now.
And comfort has paid a visit.
And hope has sat on your lap.
Plus your good intentions are valid and valuable and are never made astray, for two many wishes are burnt out, like a life force cigarette in the ash tray of greed.
In my opinion a soul should be everything and gift, no one can take.
