Gospel of The Goddess

Gospel of The Goddess

You are strong because I gave you burdens to carry.

You are fierce because I put predators in your path.

You are sly and stealthy because I gave you reasons to hide.

You are quick and agile because I gave you cause to run and fight.

You are fearless because I gave you terrors to defeat, to crush beneath your heel and tread upon until they crumbled to dust beneath your feet.

I gave you eyes before you were born. As you grew I made them to see.
