Grandad and Grandma

Charlie creeps closer to the tickle monster’s chair
If that tickle monster catches him he will tickle everywhere
Charlie will laugh and giggle if he dares to go there
Grumpy Grandad is the tickle monster with white silvery hair

Susie sits beside her Grandmother
learning how to knit
Knit one row, purl the next
she has knit a bit
But Granny is ingenius she can knit an outfit
Susie will never knit a jumper with an awkward armpit

The two twin’s have a terrible cousin his name is Freddy
He broke Charlies favourite toy car and pulled the fluff from Susie’s teddy
But Grandma sewed it coz it looked very thready
and mended Charlie’s red car and now it runs steady
