The Great Awakening

Stuck in a dessert but I smell rain

They do not care when you are down,

But when you get back to the apex

It becomes pain to others when you gain.

We get one chance but we can afford to mess up

Life is like a gun with reserves for backup.

If you fall, get back up

Don’t go be a stuck up eating yoghurt in bed like a white girl after her first break up.

One day is one day but one day starts today;

The contemporary world is meant for visionaries

Stuck in the orgasms of my thoughts like I’m in a missionary

Position,

There is a very thin line between reality and fiction

Listen,

We under construction building new legacies

Churches are transforming to institutions with capitalist tendencies,

Because everything is everything and everything is now a money-making scheme

And that erupts yet another question, Are we really free?

I mean, the things that are supposed to be saving us are doing the exact antithesis, which is killing us.

And if we started this race then how come we finish last?

Open your eyes and realize

That being oblivious is the orthodox of our time
