Green Screen Door

Green Screen Door

Green Screen Door

There’s something about
Green screen doors
Conjuring past summers
The why
I’m not sure

Swing bang shut
Bent out screen
Surrounded
By wood
All painted in green

Brings back
Kook-Aid
The bees all abuzz
Mingled with flowers
And Aunt Martha’s fudge
