Negitivity I know you well , you bleed heavily from hell . Anger is a reasonable man , hatred his brother and twin . Alfallorn I know you too , mill away at my attitude . Regret is a reasonable lady , pool of dispair is her ugly dress . Dispair I have met you , you weren't reasonable at all  , shook the foundation tried to make me crawl  .  Get a grip some say , there's always tomorrow to see another way . Scared I know you , you frightened me , had  bad news . Get real they understand ( not) . Frightening is torments best friend . Get help some say, talk to shrink , yeah na . Negitivity I put out a seat for you , you help me with everything . As long as I can get to grips when it's done  and mill no more  .
