Halloween Night

A grand old clock chimes its toll
and creatures crawl from the darkest hole
Witches fly in the dead of night
but not a human being in sight
A black wolf grins and bares its fangs
from a noose a zombie hangs
Vampires rise up from their tomb
and in the mist the goblins loom
A headless horseman on hilltop high
as Frankenstein walks slowly by
You hear a creak, a bang a crash
the mirrors in the hallway smash
A full moon shines in the cold night sky
the sound of bats echoes nearby
In the closet you hide as a chill wind blows
Unfortunately - the Reaper knows!
