Happily Ever After
Creating my own happiness
writing my own story,
Slaying my own dragons.
No prince to give glory.
No storybook beginning,
no fairytale ending.
Just a small town girlÂ
with small town dreams,Â
living her happy ever afterÂ
as crazy as it seems!
Keep the knight in shining Armor,
Keep your noble steed,
in this story I rescue myself and that’s how I am freed!
She doesn’t want a castle,
not even a throne.
Strives to be a good mother and does it alone!
Tinker bell got fired,
Fairy Godmother retired.
Royal ball was cancelled so she couldn’t attend,
Pixie dust blew away in the wind!
We create our own happiness andÂ
it all begins with you,
living my happy ever after because I made my own dreams come true!
