Warning Signs
Blood drops stain the hardwood floor,
face still swollen from the night before.
you push,
I pull.
toxic game of tug of war!
broken and bruised,
black and blue,
your my drug….
I am addicted to you!
voices raise as tempers rise,
Red flags lead to my demise.
