Happiness.

Happiness,
Something that can be found in Everyone about anything,
Seldomly found in a frown,
But plentiful in a grin.
Been out in nature,
Can fill you with that dopamine,
That pleasure of life,
Even in just the company of plants & tress.
Never underestimsting the power of sadness,
It only takes one moment,
few words &/or actions,
To steal someone's happiness.
But aligned with kindness,
Strength & resilience,
You'll never steal mine,
Because it's embedded in my subconscious.
Powered up positive state of mind & lessons learnt from past traumatic experiences,
The meaning of letting go & forgiving allows your happiness to flow & proceed into enlightenment.
I am my own person,
Happy with my own unique abilities,
Not changing my outer self or conforming for the pleasures of  other's & to go along with societies ideologies.
Happiness is freedom,
To look & feel as you please.
Even with the pressure's to fit in a world,
Obsessed with status & materialistic things.
Happiness is feeling of love in self & other's,
Without the presence of lack or need.
It's creatively expressing gifts that lie within.
It can be had with the love you give & receive.
Smiling for no reason,
Just because you had a happy epiphany. 
An elixir for the mind & heart,
Activating radiant essence,
Free flowing energy via frequencies & transmitters.
The beautiful thing about happiness,
Is living in the present moment,
That giving up expectations,
Can bring in the most happiest unexpected blessings.....
