took a left at socialism
and docked his radical craft
with fellow traveler Marxists
as they plotted insidious plans
to wreck New York and beyond

We patriots collectively salivated
at the prospect 
of this subversive
being served up on a spit
for skewering purposes at the hands
of the Master Troller in Chief
when face to face they met

So imagine our chagrin
when our champion of America First
gave this commie his blessing
and full endorsement

How the Hell are we expected
to damage control spin
this deflating embarrassment?
