Hate Me So

Why do you hate me so?
Why do you constantly belittle me?
Is it to compensate for your lack of confidence?
Or to satisfy your sadistic needs?
 
Why do you torture me so?
Why do you always kick me when I’m down?
Is it because you need to feel bigger than me?
Or to prove that you are the twisted definition of man you sought?
 
Why do you envy me so?
Why do you always strive to make me suffer?
Is it because you long for my life?
Or to make my life miserable so yours seems like that of a king’s?
 
Why do you calumniate like so?
Why do you always say you adore me yet destroy me every chance you get?
Is it because you want my trust?
Or to keep up your façade of a loving brother?
 
All the things you do, are for your selfish requisites.
Your haughty delusions, and your ego driven decisions.
All the things you do, you neglect the feelings of others.
And yet I can’t explain,
Why do I still love you?
