All I see is haters on parade
There is no charadeĀ
It's plain as day
Just because I'm white don't mean that I'm racist
Calling me that in itself is a bigoted statement
I'm not complacent , I see what your doin
I may me a clown but who are you foolin ?
I don't feel guilty for something I did not do
For fucks sake my ancestors went through it too
You want equal rights act like equal men
You've got the privledge don't try to pretend
All men are equal it states in the constitution
And this kill whitey shit is word pollution
I don't hate on you for who you be
I hate on you cuz you hate on me
So many of your people preach hate to each other
Blaming on others
What you fail to discoverĀ
Is it only stokes the fires and makes it worseĀ
It isn't white privledge you don't have a curse
We are all human and red on the inside
Let go of your prideĀ
Because it's making a divide
And it seems like you want to undo
The hard work from the great men who came before you

WOW!! ~ LUKE CONNOR!!......this is such a great write...... in MANY ways......a great sense of rhythm and timing in its delivery..... this could so easily be a song....... and the kind of song worth hearing because of its lyrical content.......I am a man with a white mother and black father....... so for me the subject matter itself was "Off the friggin' chain!"...... and I agree wholeheartedly with EVERY word and the intent behind it........ but what I found most outstanding was the fact that you were voicing this opinion at all...... It gives me hope.... because if you're writing this.... then there are many of us of the same opinion..... just mathematically speaking....... you have a gift for wielding words brother poet...... and I applaud you for choosing this subject matter.........ALL STARS....... had to PIN this one....BRAVO!!...... well done....... and......WELCOME to COSMO!!........LOVE and ROCKETS!!........T xo
