Haunted Room

Haunted Room

While
I dream
In the early
Part of morn
I often enter
A hidden room
Within my
Soul
That haunts
Me

Troubles
Of the past
Troubles
Of today
Torment
Me

I wish
Forgiveness
From
Above
Would
Transcend
To my
Spirit

For though
I know
The creator
Provides
Redemption
The demons
Of my conciousness
still hold
The shackles
Of Regret

I may live
And persevere
On life's hike
But when
I dream
I return
To
SLAVERY
Where
I am not
Free

Maybe this
Is what
Hell
Is

The abandonment
To
Hope
The infinity
Of disappointment
The reminder
Of self made
Debt
The
Judas Iscariot
To the
Ones I claimed
to
Cherish
The Marcus Brutus
to unconditional
Love

If one prayer
Could be answered
I would quickly
Ask
To be forever
Evicted
from the
Haunted
Room
Allowing
My
Debts
To be free
Love ones
Taken
Care
Of
And to forever
dwell
In
Abiding
Peace......
