He Watches Over Me

He watches over me from above
He is the truth and signifies love
　
I hear his voice on the early morning breeze
His song whispers through the trees
　
He is the sunshine on my skin
His love dwells deep within
　
His love for me beats within my heart
How I miss him when were apart
　
He is every kind word ever spoken
Mends my spirit if I feel broken
　
He gives me shelter from the rain
Applies His healing touch if I’m in pain
　
He comforts me through my darkest night
Allowing my loving heart to take flight
　
He is all of nature wild and free
I just call his name and he comes to me
　
He has a beautiful heart and angel’s wings
He is all of the kind and gentle things
　
　
I hear his soft voice on the blowing wind
And so another beautiful day begins
　
He is just like heaven on earth to me
He took a broken heart and set it free
　
He is the birds singing in the coming dawn
He gives me hope and the sense that I belong
