Headache

Head pounding, throbbing in pain.

For only I, am the cause of my strain.

I damaged myself, drunk in a rage.

I locked myself, alone in this cage.

Now my head aches, now mind throbs.

I damaged myself, for once I was blind.

My errors I see, my drinking has stopped.

Is it too late, is it time, that's my loss?
