THE HEART OF A CHAMPION

The heart of a champion, my drive's intense

I push myself to limits unknown

the sweat engulfs my body, I'm drenched

yet onward I continue to go

can't stop now, so much on the line

the time for me is now

so many wish failure upon my soul

yet still I continue to rise

I gladly accept any challenge presented

any foe is fair game to me

my backs against the wall, I'm aware of their intentions

but failure's no option for me

I strive to be, the best in the world

a champion runs deep in my veins

intensified are my intuitions to succeed

I'm the king and this arena I'll rein

my heart pumps harder, as I go farther

no slowing down in sight

a champion I will be, for the champion in me
