Heartbreak Illness

I feel sick, in a new kind of way

Where I feel pieces of my soul slowly wearing away

The kind of sick where yesterday was better than today

A sick where color is swallowed by grey

Where my heart strings continue to fray

Where my mind's too loud to hear what they say

Where my heart is wondering if anyone is here to stay

I don't know how long it will last or if it will get better

But part of me wishes my death would come from under this sickening weather

Good verse, Disobey depression, Be positive, My five stars

A sick where color is swallowed by grey

Where my heart strings continue to fray

Where my mind's too loud to hear what they say

Where my heart is wondering if anyone is here to stay

I don't know how long it will last or if it will get better
