Her passion

She loved writing
it was something she adored
but she never knew how to start.
She had the motivation
an idea nowhere to be found
it was like a block people experience
just for her it wasn´t something unusual.
Imagine a bird,
a penguin let´s say;
she had a pen
just like the penguin had wings
but they both didn´t know how to used that little thing;
and just like the penguin had the sky
the blank paper waited to be filled.

She wished to start
she knew she couldn´t
her teeth biting the pen
and her eyes glued to the paper
that still remained blank.
It was a struggle for her-
Why?
Well she wanted it
just like a little kid wanted that bike.
Her passion was strong
but everything she wrote
she thought was wrong.
Her thoughts wandering
at a frantic pace
yet not one was written
on that blank.
