I knew I had to let you go.

Here’s to all those broken hearts

(This first part is not mine and I don’t know who wrote it, the second is my rebuttal or my add on.) Here’s to the girl that says “it’s okay, I understand.” Even with tears in her eyes:

Here’s to the boy, who fell so deep he thought he could fly. To the boy who’s eyes are full with tears, when he said what he always feared. “We’ve come so far, and I had fun along the way. Watching stars, long drives in cars, we laughed the nights away.

But all the broken hearts, and screaming matches, left me with too many holes to patch too quick. I have to say goodbye, even if these tear spill from my eyes.
