Poem -

Forever

Love feels like heart attack

Forever

I thought forever meant just that, forever.

I thought forever was until the end of our time, and until the stars exploded overhead. I thought she’d fight across galaxies, and dive across oceans to be there for me.
But that was just me, only me. She was never going to go out of her way to save me, never gonna put issues aside to comfort, or help me.

She never meant forever, not now, not ever.

Because I was useful, until I wasn’t.

Until I wasn’t.
