Here’s to Her

Black carbon debris drenched in white milky foam, exposed a stone foundation, the timbers are bare-hugging the electric wires, I sat Indian-style with my head down floating upon my own pity dark eyed.
Here’s to Her
White bright lights pinched in tight silky bloom, exposed a tone temple, the whispers are bear-hugging my electric wires, You saw me for who I was with your head held high walking on clouds.
Here’s to Her
I grabbed her hand!
Here’s to Ours, we still have remained one since that day.

She picked me up from the ashes!
…and you rose like a phoenix!
This is a beautiful love letter to her.
