Poem -

Hidden Darkness

No one can see
the darkness in her eyes.
And only she knows
the darkness in her soul.

Her scars run deep,
deeper than flesh.
Though none are visible,
the cuts are still fresh.

Her skin may be bare,
but inside is destroyed,
torn apart by darkness,
then letting darkness fill the void.

She tries to be light,
but darkness is stronger.
Her fight has been hard,
but she can fight no longer.
