Hide and Seek

Hide and Seek

Count to ten make sure you shout.
The hunt begins go seek them out.
Hiding in bushes or in plain sight.
It's harder to find them in the shadows of night.
Check all the corners where the darkness lurks.
Hear them giggle then tag them, and smirk.
Then they're it and it's your turn to hide.
It's easier to play the game outside.
Never give up your hiding place,
and never share your secret space.
When your hiding don't make a peep.
Have you guessed the game?
Yes it's hide and seek.
