His Sacrifice
His coming was foretold by the prophets from upon on high
Born away in manger under this moon swept night
The wise men followed the star bearing gifts to King with love
He was baptized by brother John who told of His appearance before Jesus took to the front
Jesus came to this earth to sacrifice Himself for the sins of everyone
Many people did not believe Him then,too few don't have the faith in Him now
How could they not see He died so everyone would have eternal life ?
As the days go by on a furious pace, Jesus is the only friend who will not leave you in your place
Thinking of all He has done for us on this glorious easter for the King of All
We must bow down to thank God for bringing His only begotten Son
