Poem -

Holly

I admired her beauty
Her love of older men
She wanted a role model
A superior man but he was a bully and broke her heart
She soon realized her errors
He diminished her
Tore her down
She finally rose back up
Days of excess
Lavishness over
She regained her dignity
She told the world her tale
Some laughed
Others cried
She cautioned others to come out of the hole

Of hope, love and peace.
