Poem -
Hope
A single flickering flame,
of a lonely match,
In a vast darkness,
You have to light the wick
Of a candle,shelter it,
From the howling gale,
Feed it ,protect it,
Because it will grow,
From that one nurtured flame,
You can light another ,
And another and another,
See how it can spread,
Just see how it can be shared,
How dark is it now ?
When the flames shine bright,
The darkness is gone,
Giving way to a warming light,
This light is hope,
Without it we are lost ,
Let the light die,
And darkness is the cost
