Hope

Hope

Hope mirrors the dawn of morning,
Shining through the misty night.
Each of nature's works adorning,
With it's pure and welcome light.

Like the gentle evening shower,
Scattering fragrance all around.
Opening every little tiny flower,
Emanating slowly from the ground.

Let us then forever cherish,
Hope, to lift our hearts on high.
That our spirits may never perish,
Or any happy dreaming's die.

When all earthly ties are broken,
And we leave this world of care.
We may meet again in Heaven,
Each the other's joy to share.
