Hourglass of My Life
Through the sands of time ,I fell through the hourglass
Not knowing where I belong
Did I choose the right path ?
Did I miss God's signs for my life ?
I feel like I have been drifting through the cosmo s with no end in sight
Sacrificing all I have to give but still hurting inside
Trying to walk the straight and narrow but temptations loom in my wake
Thinking of my life today because I am in love and just trying to please God everyday
Inspired by fleet wood mac music on the way to work

It is always a good thing to question our relationship with God.. It keeps us sharp.... Not taking anything for granted.. But we must keep in mind that His way are not our way most of the time.. For some reason, it seems like the only time we experience victory, is when we are in what seems to be a defeated position.... I like to call it.... " A set up ... To get up.." Falling through the hourglass simply means...You are about to change places.. Keep looking up my friend.. Blessings.
Hi wilford this was not a sad write or questioning God at all. I believe in Jesus and go to church every Sunday . I love to read and this poem was just a reflection of my life at this moment in time . Cheers hrl
