How To Make A Poem

A poem
You know 'em
They come from the heart
Yeah that's how you start

You build up the feelings that are running inside you
And put them into a limerick, sonnet or haiku
This stops the from squeezing together
And then  exploding, combusting or bursting whenever

To finish the process
You must read them in a way that is best
Let your feelings escape to just a few
And let them poison their minds as well as you
