Remember that girl
I was going head over heels for

Like a dog in heat

Well I caught up with her 
We went out for a bite to eat
Conversation was good 
As I thought it would 

But then things took a turn
She came on strong 
All in my face, laughing at everything I say 
I thought it was kool 
But I was being played like a fool 

I turned my back only for a moment 
But a moment was too long
When I returned with a white rose in my hand 
She was slow dancing with another man 

I sat and stared 
As he stroked her hair
Kissing her on her neck
A sight I will never forget 

Just then I remembered 
The words you said 
It was replying in my head 
That girl is poison, leave her alone 

She left with him
And me and my broken heart 
Walked all the way home.
