Why did you hurt me?
Why did I always try?
Why did you always make me cry?
The way you left I wanted to die
You want to be friends, but I don’t know if I can
The more I think about it, the more I realise we never can
I can’t go from being emotionally attached
To letting go and now becoming  detached
I can’t move on from you
But I can’t be with you
You left me in a bad place
Leaving my thoughts at a pace
That kept going on and on inside my head
Do you even remember the words you said
The times you told me you loved and cared
Now all the lies have to be forgotten and spared
