I am
I am not my thoughts, I am not my mind
I am the silence that can be hard to find
I am not my memories, I am not my fears
I am each moment when Now appears
I am not the reality built with stone lies
I am the reflection you see in my eyes
I am not the rain broken souls weep
I am the ocean rocking them to sleep
I am not names giving meaning or divide
I am everything now, has been and died
I am unconditional love, eternally will be
I am here
I am now
I am eternally free
