I am still valid 

Just because you can’t see me hidden inside the body of a person who fight every day to function doesn’t mean I’m not a valid
I’m still valid Even though you can’t see me

Just because they seem ok and are living what you would call a normal life doesn’t mean I’m not there because I am because I can lay dormant sometimes for weeks cropping up when they least expect it
I’m still valid even though the person isn’t flaring

Just because you don’t see the effort it takes just to tame me so that the person feel like they fit in and look normal doesn’t invalidate me 
I’m still valid even though I’m masked phenomenally well

I’m still valid no matter what the world tells me I’m not an excuse but I can be the reason that people struggle so just because I’m hidden please never invalidate me because you never know when I may come for you
