I Fainted
" Into Your Heart "

I fainted into your heart,
And thy blood gave me life to live on,
I felt the soft waves of fading emotions,
Gave me reasons to forsake all resolutions,
Because your love for me, now i know,
Is bound for eternity in thy forgiving soul.
And please, let me not rest alone,
for the warmth of love, is to embrace in our souls.

Lovely first line one which sets the tone for the remainder of your beautiful poem. I notice you have added some lines onto the original version I first read. I love now that you finish with souls but, and forgive me for saying this, I am not sure about love in brackets. I don't think you need it. Just my opinion - sorry.
Thank you,
so much,
Sir. Bernie Martin,
I was contemplating those brackets,
But now, I will remove it,
Again,
Thank you,
You are very welcome.
