“Writing to release”

I feel

I feel so lost ,
Stuck in a nightmare
I feel expressionless,
wearing a blank stare.

I feel down,
lower than low.
I feel empty
No energy - So slow.

I feel sad,
As blue as the sea.
I feel bare,
my leaves have fallen from my tree.

My tree is bare,
My leaves are brown.
I feel angry
My face - A frown.

All negatives emotions
i cannot bare
wrote down into poetry
and now I have shared
released some anger
and lifted my mood
writing my poetry
It makes me feel good.

Agree with the poets here. Poetry is an amazing way to vent and release some of worse thoughts. I reckon we all do it from time to time. Your such an awesome poet, the Cosmos wouldnt be the same without you ;) Peace and smiles. TFOTS
