I'm fighting a conflict

A battle of the mind

Groping in the darkness

I'm lost, I'm blind

I fight for me

In this private war

I will rise and conquer

Hear me roar

Sometimes I lose

But I won't give in

I'll fight with my last breath

Until I win

Nobody knows

No one can see

This private war

I fight for me
