I Have A Dream

I’ve just awakened from a “Blessed” dream, the best I’ve had of you;

For this one lasted many precious moments, instead of just a few!

In the first part you were running fast, back and forth to me;

You were just like your old self again, full of pep and vitality!

In the next part you were by my bed, looking up into my eyes;

I said “Nico, it’s time to have you groomed”, for your hair all over flies!

The last part was my favorite one, you were up atop my bed;

I was giving you a tummy rub, then kissed your lovely head!

I woke up, the clock said two fifteen, but I felt I’d slept all night;

For the dream brought me such untold joy, and I got to hold you tight!

I ran out here to get my pen, to record this vision of our love;

These sacred images that were sent to me, from the Heavens up above!
