I have bipolar it doesn’t have me

Surrounded by many you still feel alone,
Unsociable anxiety hidden away on your own.

Exhausted from hiding the true pain inside,
Tormenting thoughts to commit suicide.

Feeling everything at once or nothing at all,
Your life feels so empty you feel so small.

Unpredictable emotions you cry everyday,
Relentless fear of being cast away.

Your mind is your enemy it can brake your heart,
Self destructive thoughts tear you apart.

If they only new what you have to face,
Then maybe you wouldn't feel so out of place.

Never forget you always rise after falling,
This life long fight will be rewarding.

Don't ever give in never back down,
Stay strong when you feel your gonna breakdown.

You only get one life so just push through,
You have bi polar it does not have you.

Your life may be chaos people think your right off your head,
Too quick to pass judgement, their opinions are better of unsaid.

Don't let senseless fools push you to isolation,
Just throw your self out there,
Your a true inspiration.
