I Miss You

I miss you, I miss your laugh.

Remember when we cooked together?

All those pictures we took on Christmas?

When we went out to lunch every Thursday?

I do, I remember everything.

I remember all the hard times I gave you.

You were always wise

You always knew what to say

You are my role model

You truly are an amazing soul

I miss you, I miss your smile.

You're in a better place now

You're no longer in pain

We can no longer mourn

We smile now, we laugh now

You are a big impact on my life

On everyone's life

You were always so bright

I miss you, grandma

You truly are an amazing soul
