Poem -

I RELEASE YOU

I asked things of you I know you have so much to do
I did not mean for you to carry another load
I release you so you have no need to worry
I can help carry as long as I am able
The light will remain on I am willing and able

What an impression this poem leaves on my mind, Sparrowsong...brings to me a scenario of a parent giving counsel to an older child (a kind of tough love speech) and it also seems to be painting a picture of a relationship ending and terms of separation being placed down...wow, so grateful you wrote this and that I got a chance to read, not been fascinated by a poem for such a long time...makes me think that there's a lot more to it than I'm seeing right this moment...it's very organic...great pulse to this one...very cool write my friend...fresh as roses
