I Seen it Coming
I seen it coming and they didn't believe me
Now I'm like...leave me
My purpose was mistaken
Against all odds....devastation
Grow grass over me and read my stone
"one who died alone"
I flip through the pages looking for clues
Same old stories....
different views
I throw my hands up when I testify
I confess all I feel inside
I'm mad at those who went before me
I'm wondering if heaven is some story.... to bore me
Those crossroads turned crooked
The frustration...I took it
I'm standing there waiting for my confusion to settle in
If I had to rewrite my life...where would I input my sins
My position, my role
I have totally lost control
Maybe this reality
Maybe....it's just me
Shattered pieces stay shattered
Lost with nothing that matters
Now I'm in this world like leave me
Believe me......I seen it coming!
